So much better service than the dealership!!! They were friendly, kept me up to date throughout the service using phone and texts, sent pictures of the issues, fit me in within 2 days vs dealership would only serve me 2 weeks out with a check engine light on!!! Overall attitude that they want your repeat business comes through in how they treat you and answer all your questions vs. dealership doesn’t care if you come back or not. Christian Brothers in Irving and Brandon and the others have won my future business.

Have been taking my cars at CB Valley Ranch for past 15 years. They are timely and provide excellent service and taken care of my cars.

The staff were very welcoming and professional. I had an appointment and my car was promptly taken into the service bay for alignment. The waiting area was very comfortable and clean and they completed my service and the bill was less than I anticipated and was about one third the quote my Lexus dealer gave me. I will definitely use this company again for service and will refer them to friends. Great and professional group. Difficult to find in the automotive service arena
