I am thankful Matt took initiative and took my car to discount tires to fix the tire after all the other work was done. That saved me a while other trip. I also appreciate Jenny's honesty. She always tells me what can wait and what needs to be taken care of soon. She is also great at explaining things in a way I can easily understand what is going on.
