We used Christian Brothers in the Houston area (Atascocita) and always felt that we got an honest estimate of needed work. Here it was the same: we were advised not to fix everything that could have needed attention, given the age of the car. It is a relief to feel that we will be counseled to spend less when the situation may call for that. Finally, service is always prompt and courteous at Christian Brothers, wherever we've been. My son used your service before we moved here and recommended you. We haven't gone elsewhere.

Friendly staff, quick and correct resolution of my car problem

I was given a quote elsewhere that I felt was not an honest one so aa I was heading home upset, I drove by and decided to stop in to Christian Brothers and to my suprise the other place quote was totally not an honest one. I've been coming to Christian Brothers since 2011, and not once have I been disappointed with their service and personal touch. Any mechanic that can make me feel like I'm welcome AND keep my car together and running (it's the infamous 2002 PT Cruiser, just ask Jenny & Co.) will have me as a customer for many years to come. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Personalized service, personal greeting when we walk in, through knowledgeable explanations

I brought the car in because it was leaking coolant. Brandon called me and said he was not able to detect a leak. I explained to him when I noticed the leak occurring (like when I'm idle and AC on etc.) He was very polite and receptive and said he would drive the car a few more times. He called me back and said he noticed the leak. I was glad that he was open to my suggestion.
