I have been taking my vehicles to this location for a few years. I trust the owner and the staff. I've never been made to feel like a number and I'm always treated as if my business mattered. I've been offered fresh coffee while waiting and the wait area is comfortable.

I've overheard the owner/manager speaking with a customer who was obviously upset with the issues their car had been dianosed with. The manager showed empathy, listened to the customers concerns and went out of his way to take care of the customer. I've seen them give various services as complimentary on many occasions. To this day I am still impressed by this location.

I was impressed by the fact that the technician took me into the workshop and physically showed me the problems with my car and explained the repair process and cost. That is transparency. My car was also test-driven before and after the repairs by the technician.

I have always been pleased with the service I receive for the past 7years. The staff is outstanding . I have never thought I’ve have been taken advantage of. Everything explained to you and no work ever done without your ok .

My son's car was towed there the Friday after Thanksgiving. They called Monday morning to see why it was towed there. They couldn't get the car to breakdown again so they didn't charge us and checked on it the next day. They were awesome about everything.
I appreciate it since my son is in Florida for college and doesn't have a reliable mechanic down there. But we will definitely be using you guys again.

They were genuinely polite and professional, they didn't try to over sell me on anything and were very honest and easy to talk to. I wish they had the ability to do more work on diesels, I would definitely bring my fleet to them!

Friendly and prompt. I like how the estimate came via text and email. Mary called me as I was looking at the estimate to ask if I had questions. Very nice touch! Lastly the car was done quickly that day. Very happy and will not only return but will happily recommend.
