Car dropped off for a 6:59 appt. Walked over to you all since, kept telling me that the car should be ready shortly. I arrived around 3:00pm car was not ready still. I was told by Mary that the mechanic was taking it for a test ride, I waited. Then Mary tells me that the wrong sensor was delivered to them for my car. So I had to wait for the parts delivery, not pleased since my appt was early morning that day. I did get my car at around 5:30pm, just before closing. My question would be a oil change and sensor replacement should NOT take 8 hours. Why wait for the owner to arrive before finding out the wrong sensor was sitting in the garage when you had 10 hours to complete an estimated $500 dollar bill.
