I feel you guys are very honest and do awesome work in a reasonable amount of time. I have a 2013 Ford F-150 It has 25,000 miles on it and I went to the local Ford dealer and they stated I needed a service that would have cost me $240.00. I did not have the work done. I understand you normally don't need this service completed until the vehicles has approximately 60,000 miles on it.
I decided to go to Christian Brothers to see if I needed this work done. You all said I did not. I do understand y'all use a different system or application than the big dealers do to determine some things like this.
The Ford dealer also told me I need a four-wheel alignment. I did not get that done. You all checked it out for me and I received a printout from y'all showing green on all my tires. So I did not need that done.
I like honesty and I think y'all show this with your customers. Also, as I sat and you're waiting room waiting for my truck to be finished, I couldn't help but notice how efficient, nice, hard-working that Mary is. Thank you again for your services I will be using you all in the future.

The entire staff is professional and cordial and go out of their way to help in when I take my car in for routine maintenance or anything else. Recently, my car was shaking when I would brake so I took it into Christian Brothers Automotive.
My front brakes needed new rotors and pads to be adjusted. It was time for an oil change so I got that done the same day. A few days later I went back because I had lost my paperwork and I needed to get another copy. When I mentioned to the scheduler at the front desk that when I went through the car wash, my right mirror was damaged and I couldn’t adjust it so she asked Joey to look at it. He figured out what was wrong and fixed it. He also fixed the folded black rubber on the sunroof my RAV4. I was not charged for either of those two extra things. It really is all about the little things.
The honesty and integrity of everyone involved. I had a screw in my tire. They were overflowed with cars. They said if I came back at 1 pm they could get me out in 30 minutes. And they did.
I brought my wife's car there after the garage closest to my home failed to fix the issue. They diagnosed it, fixed it with no muss or fuss, and had us right back out on the road. They were also extremely honest in that they originally quoted me $300.00 more than I actually had to pay. They said the work took less time than they thought, so they were not charging me as much. You can't ask for better than that!
