Easy online scheduling, text confirmation, great communication prior to visit. Once there, very, very friendly and honest people. Quick oil change, bulb replacements and inspection, all for reasonable price. So glad I found this place! I will be back!

Always very friendly and helpful since I have to go through ARI when ever I need something done. The other thing I like is that if my work van is going to be with them for a long period they will give me a ride back home. You won't find this anywhere else in Corpus Christi

This was my first time to this automotive location and it was a great experience. Staff was very professional and courteous. They addressed all my questions and concerns. Being a single mom I am on a budget and the price for repair was great. I would recommend them highly.

Friendly staff, complete explanation of the problems with my car and what it would take to correct the issues. They also came to my home and picked me up to retrieve my car. The repairs were done in a timely manner even though I had to wait over the weekend.

They are always very professional and courteous. Price is fair and not inflated. What they say the part cost is accurate. I have had service done here twice and both times have asked what the exact replacement part they are installing is and both times the charged price is what the price I would have paid if I purchased the part online.

Thanks for the nice work on the alternator replacement and for upgrading my battery cables.

I forgot to mention I needed an inspections - July expired inspection. Perhaps you can add to your checks a verification of inspection stickers? That would be a nice help - I could have got the inspection while you had my car for two days.

This is not a complaint as I forgot to mention this - but an added check would have been very helpful. Thanks for considering this idea.
