Friendly people, good communication, reasonable end result regarding known and requested repair need vs another diagnosis (result was the same known and stated repair) and free rides - all this makes for an overall great experience which means I will return for further service on my cars.
This last visit wasn't as great as the time before. Didn't get that friendly service at checkout. Must have been a rough day. Price was good and appreciated not trying upsale even though I had a brake light on. I will return!

Mr Ken and Mr Allan were very friendly. Repairs were completed very quick. However, a few days after I got my truck back, I was refilling my windshield washer fluid and I noticed a metal tubing petruding from the upper right side of the engine. As I looked around, I found a hose that was not connected to anything. I traced the hose and found that it went to the air intake. I then reconnected the hose to the metal tube. I believe that the mechanic just forgot to reconnect the hose. Anyway, the truck runs great and I WILL be back for future servicing.
