Very pleasant, clean surroundings (customer area). Extremely comfortable waiting area. Very calm, intelligent manner of the people I spoke with. There was no "pushiness", no trying to talk me into anything. The folks there seemed like "real" people. They are either good, honest folks, or they are very good at pretending to be. Until I have reason to think otherwise, I don't think they are pretending.

They are clear and up front about the work they have to do and call with necessary updates or changes in the plan. They stuck to their original estimate, even though there were some unexpected complications along the way. Sometimes a bit overly exuberant on the phone, but I always feel my questions are answered thoroughly and professionally.
