The cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism displayed by the entire staff

I like that Christian brothers automotive had a shuttle service that drove me to work after I dropped it off early in the morning. They also called me before doing any additional work. They had my car in and out of the shop in one day as well. I would definitely refer Christian brothers automotive to a friend or relative and they will have my business for the foreseeable future.
