The staff was polite. They offered me a ride if needed. They offered me coffee. They explained every possible detail and concern about my car, and to top it off they gave me a carnation flower. I never received flowers from getting my car serviced

To receive a full report on your vehicle when you only asked for one thing is great attention to detail on behalf of Christian Brothers Automotive.

I thought the rotation of tires and oil change was done quickly. I was fortunate to see my car through a window to see that some time was needed to check on other items like my brake pad and cabin air filter. Pictures were given in digital report which I accessed from a link sent to my phone.

The environment (office / waiting area) was welcoming with a fresh scent and a pleasant cool temperature.
The Customer Service was top notch, with the offer of shuttle service home and back to the office if needed.
The communication was on point. Upon completion of the service an email was sent with a detailed invoice and the option to pay online.
The cost very very reasonable / affordable (no padding of the bill.)
I have already recommended the company to friends and family. I know that once they try Christian Brothers they will be staying like I am.
It’s going to be hard for me to even consider going anywhere else. Thank you guys for being great at what you do.

Excellent service ,,a very friendly place .they realy check what ever is required for the customers need to know about your vehicle and communicate to the customer what it need to do to get it fixed they explain to the customer what it take and the cost before they do anything Mr .Daniel take the time and go the extra mile
