I’ve use CB for as long as I’ve lived in the area. They are courteous, professional, and honest. They will fix what you allow them to fix and nothing more like other places that do the repairs without your permission and expect you to pay.

Service advisor and manager were very helpful and patient when I had to return after my oil change because my check engine light came on while driving shortly after leaving the shop. The codes were cleared. An estimate was given on a required repair that’s needed, so I’m getting additional estimates before scheduling an appointment. All in All, I was treated very well during my visit. I even received a carnation flower when leaving.

Nathaniel was very nice, told me what needed to be done and everything else that needed attention. The technician put my registration stickers on my car, when he didn't have to. Then to top it of the fave me a flower, just cause and thay really didn't know how much that meant to me.
