The environment, staff how clean the theater and auditorium was. The all in all friendliness of the employees. The self serve popcorn and soda pop is a plus. But the main reason I keep going back to the northwest Santikos theater is the lower prices. I pass up two theater’s on the way to northwest Santikos. And they are regal fiesta and regal huebner oaks. But I am a loyal customer I enjoy your lower prices and service. Thank you for your time.

I recently had to refund my Fast9 tickets. Carmelo was kind and respectful. I wish the movie hadn't been postponed but I understand why.

Great place to enjoy movie time. They made sure I was safe and secure just sad to see no showing until further notice bc they took great precaution for movie fans.
