What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like the reclining seats and how much room you have. You don't have to worry about moving your legs in to let people pass and you don't have to worry about people putting their feet on your seat like with other theaters. I also love how you can get your own drinks and icees and make any combination you want. Other theaters have limited choices and are even more expensive for smaller cups. You get better value at the Mayan.

I was disappointed that the Mayan Palace didn’t have a Barbie prop like the other theaters. If a big movie is coming out, they should advertise it with a balloon wall or photo op the day it comes out.

After leaving an honest review it was nice having the Santikos team reach out personally. It shows they truly care about making changes for improvement! Always loved Santikos but now I’m very impressed with the Mayan!

The reclining chairs! The sound!
I prefer the Mayan because I don't have to leave the Southside to enjoy the movie experience.
With that, let me suggest some fixing up on the seats, as the material is getting worn in some theaters.
