We almost always chose to see movies at santikos theatres!! We were able to get our tickets right away, served by a friendly staff. The theatre was clean and efficient.

We went to see Star Wars: Rogue One and once the movie started the audience noticed that the picture on the screen did not look right. A viewer notified management. A manager came in and apologized for the inconvenience. They restarted the movie once the problem was fixed. Upon leaving we were issued a free pass to another movie of our choosing for the inconvenience. I was so impressed with the courtesy and respect that was shown to us. I was fine with the apology but the movie pass was a major surprise. I will surely continue to visit this theater and recommend it to others.
