Everything! Competent, caring, informative guys! Chris is an incredible customer service expert and you are blessed to have him. I was in the waiting area for over an hour and observed both guys handle every customer with such professionalism but always with a special way like it was a close friend or family member. Your systems for presenting the estimates are so descriptive and easy to understand, communication either by text or on the phone were top notch, and Austin was great at handling my questions and getting everything done that I wanted. The staff went out of the way to get us on our vacation.
However, we had new tires put on the truck on Tuesday and once we got on the highway on our trip, there is a really bad shimmy in the front. Enough of a shimmy that it made a squealing noise from something being shook in the front end. We are not sure if it was from the dash not being tightened down when air conditioner was replaced.

I always have a great experience at my Burleson CBA! It's so easy to make an appointment and I love the communication at every step of the way (especially the pictures!). It's a no-pressure environment to choose only the repairs I want, and work is completed in a very timely manner.
