They listened well. Gave a thorough assessment and explanation of what needed to be done for the vehicle and what could wait. Followed up with a phone call a few days later to see if the work was still satisfactory and if there was anything else needed.

I had a great experience at Christian Brothers. MJ checked me in quickly and told me what I could expect to happen with the inspection. He was cheerful, courteous, professional and extremely helpful! I have worked various jobs rendering direct customer service for almost 20 years and you have a gem in MJ! I witnessed stellar treatment not only with myself but also with those that came in after me. He truly listens to people and does all that he can to ensure that their questions are answered and their car needs met. I also loved the inspection report, complete with pictures. It was very helpful! I will definitely be recommending Christian Brothers!

However, I was curious that the previous visit (Dec) was supposed to have a brake system flush but the last visit (April) said I need to do a brake fluid service. Will be going back to speak to someone when I can.
