This is the most open, truthful, and helpful car repair place I have used, in 30+ years of owning a car. They are friendly, patient, and proactive.
I knew I needed some brake work. They quickly gave me an overview and estimate of each part of the work, told me what had to be urgently done, AND what could wait until later. They shared pictures from before and after the work.
They showed me other diagnostics they performed all over the entire car, I thought, “oh, boy, here it comes, now they are fishing for more work.” Then … here is the surprise! They did not try to upsell me on unnecessary work. It’s not often your mechanic tells you that everything looks good. That earned my trust.
They also did some battery analysis. Not only did they determine my battery had a bad cell, they had the warranty replacement delivered to them from the store, and installed it, for no charge. I was shocked.
The parking lot and the bays were packed, so I figured it would be a few days. It was ready the same day!
This is a great operation. I am not an easy customer, and I am normally skeptical of mechanics. But I would definitely use them next time.

This place is great. Took my car in with no A/C and they fixed it and identified the problems and told me to bring it back if I had any issues. Have not had any so far! Told everyone at work to go here to get anything fixed. Highly recommend!

Customer service is very good. They take the time to really find out what your concerns are. They also offer recommendations of work that could need to be done. There is no pressure to do that work.
The North Parker location was fabulous getting my vehicle diagnosed quickly and repaired accurately and in a reasonable time. The manager and technician were knowledgeable and courteous, and the transportation provided was timely. I highly recommend the Christian Brothers on Jordan Road in Parker.
