I went to get an inspection of my vehicle due to a coolant leak. I dropped it off at their earliest time in the morning. They were prompt in assiting me and answering any questions I had. About an hour and half later, I received the full inspection report. The vehicle was fully inspected, and the source of the leak was found, along with other issues. I was also sent an estimate of the recommended work to be done, as they said they would. The pricing is pretty much what I was expecting. The inspection was detailed with photos of the problem areas along with a description for each image. There were things I was aware that needed work. Christian Brothers found other things that I was not aware of. So, I am very much appreciative of the level of detail put into the inspection. Now I have a clear idea of what I need to prioritize going forward with having my vehicle worked on.

They were very helpful. We had a few minor things wrong with our car that was not part of the repair estimate and they fixed them free of charge!!!.. above and beyond service!!!... and now it runs and drives great!!!

I’ve always liked how quickly they address you when you arrive and how friendly you all are . Never feel like an interruption:) I like the shuttle service and drivers are polite and professional.
Your space is clean and inviting. Oh , and I love how you text with updates when you have my car . The only suggestion I could make is when you ask if there’s “anything else you’d like us inspect”. ? I said no because of finances . Whereas if you’d of said the “courtesy “ inspection, I would of said yes to a few things :)
