Excellent customer service: fast, very friendly and welcoming, and they covered all the bases for a safety inspection. Comparing their inspection, from past experiences - was "over the top". A dealer will tell you verbally what they found, but 15 minutes later I would forget what they said. Christian Bros. not only explains what they found but they take pictures, explain exactly what is wrong, the part to be fixed and cost. No pressure as they way they explain all the details, you know it has to be fixed. Everything they explain is broken down on the form they give you so you can take it home and go over it again, along with the pictures.
