What did you like about your experience at Christian Brothers Automotive?

The explanation for the problem of what turned out to be a faulty compressor system for the air conditioner was detailed, particularly as initially it was thought to involve only a part that diverts air to both the driver and passenger sides. As there was a significant cost difference, the in depth review was appreciated.

I had an issue with a replacement of a part that ended up getting damaged after the fact. Christian Brothers admitted fault due to their work and replaced the part. I had my car fixed without issue and was on my way.

Everyone was so nice!! Each person I spoke with was very respectful and knowledgeable about what was going on with my car. They sent me pictures of the issue and made sute i understood everything. They answered all of my questions. They waited to do anything until I gave the ok. Once I gave the ok, they ordered the part. They communicated with me every step of the way. Chris called me to let me know that it would not be done that day, but, would be done on Monday. I got a call a few hours later that it had been done! They went above and beyond to get my car back up and running. They even left a thank you card in my car when I picked it up! I have been and will always recommend them to everyone!!

Had a first time experience with them. The best experience I've ever had with repair shop. They do excellent service and are very professional. I would recommend them to anyone having engine issues or any other mechanical issue with your vehicle.

I trust that I am getting a true evaluation of my car, and I can trust the issue is resolved.

Their customer service is above excellent, and quality of work that is performed on my car is also above excellent.

The staff is always friendly and does a great job explaining what needs to be done and why. There was a small hiccup during my last visit with the oil cap not be tightened all the way and oil getting all over the engine. Multiple team members contacted me to apologize and made sure it was taken care of asap. These things happen and I wasn't super upset or angry about it, but from offering me a tow if needed to wanting to drop my car off at my house, everyone went out of their way to show how sorry they were it happened and how much they cared that I was 100% satisfied.

I had problems replacing a rear axle shaft in my car with the correct part. I was allowed to purchase an aftermarket part that was compared to an OEM part that Christian obtained from a dealer. The aftermarket part was satisfactory and was installed saving $1800. I really appreciate the flexibility at Christian and that my situation was treated with common sense. Everyone was helpful and pleasant resulting in a very positive experience!
