I was squeezed into their schedule and they did what I asked initially. HOWEVER, they found some unexpected problems and even though I ask them to fix them, they didn't not do it saying they did not get the message. I carefully filled out the permission pages on the text they sent me, but it didn't happen. When I do get this work done it will cost me an extra $109 because they will once again have to re-align my car. I'm disappointed in the breakdown in communications. Otherwise - great staff, good service. I will return.
They are very professional and quick to get things done! I had the ability to receive their mobile service and they came to me to do all the work on my car!! They did a fantastic job and I appreciate how well they communicated with me.

Overall a great experience. My first visit was so much better than the treatment I got a the Hyundai dealer. Night and day. Staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Communication on the repair work was really great except explaining when the work would be done. I had a time conflict in the afternoon - work could not be completed during my available time. Did work out a way for me to pick up the car after hours at the shop.

I am very happy with my latest experience here. I went in for an oil change and they found a small oil leak. Instead of ignoring the problem and waiting for it to be a bigger more expensive problem they showed me a picture of it and recommended that I get it checked out at the dealership before my warranty expires. I made an appointment right away and the dealer is going to fix it under warranty. I am grateful for the integrity that Christian Brothers showed in helping me when they could have made money instead. They saved me thousands of dollars! Thank you Christian Brothers, you gained a loyal customer.
This place was amazing!! It was a nightmare dealing with the warrenty company and if it wasent for how professional and understanding that Christian brothers were I honestly would have lost my car! I loved getting to stand next to my car and discuss it with the gentlemen/techs. I am not sure if that is standard practice, but it should be. It felt personal and like I could have a more thorough discussion about any issues. The discussions were comfortable, informative, and I am looking forward to transitioning my car care to them and this location.
