I have been a member of CorePower for many years. I love the consist class formats incorporated with the personal style each teacher brings to the practice. This being said a recent C2 class taken at Minnetonka 9/6/2019 had me pause because the class was instructed like a C1 or intro to yoga. There was no heat to the room, so many pauses in class and the slowness of the flow and challenge began extremely frustrating. Minnetonka is a very established community with members expecting a certain flow and intensity to a C2 class.

I ask that new teachers be aware of the expectations of each class and its level or degree of experience.

Class was great. I took yoga sculpt. The room smelled like stinky feet, so although it’s supposed to be hot, some sort of candles or air freshener would benefit.

The teachers are extremely talented and motivational, the energy in the room is one of a kind and you can always rely on a good workout.

The studio is clean, the front desk staff and instructor were very friendly and welcoming, the class flow was great and instructor encouraged all abilities. I enjoyed it.

Kim is a phenomenal yoga instructor!!! I always leave with not only an amazing session but a positive mind and soul.

I loved my first class with Dena! She was the perfect person to welcome me into the studio. She’s an excellent instructor and a true inspiration!

I have really enjoyed all the teachers at Corepower Mtka. They have all been extremely friendly and haven't had a class that I don't enjoy. Great studio!

Your instructors are excellent and I want to give a special recognition for Natalie N at your Hopkins, Minnesota studio. I attended her YS 10:45 class on Tuesday, July 23. It was excellent. I have taken the YS training and attended many classes. Natalie's cuing, instructions, enthusiasm and friendliness were super! Always enjoy attending classes at your studios and nice selection of clothing and other items.

I like that I can choose various levels of classes and the individual qualities and techniques that each of the teachers whose classes I attend. Some more layer back others intense.

I really enjoy talking to the staff. The staff is delightful and willing to engage in conversation after class about technique or anything that comes up in conversation.

I like everything about this location.

One area you could improve on is dusting the exposed rafters in the men's locker room.

Combination of the set-up for the respective studios and the instructors I see the ltd. time slots I can wander over by Ridgedale...(wouldn't mind mixing in Mtka. more vs. Maple Grove)...

Going to core power studio classes provides me with a cleansing workout for my body and mind. I also feel very cared for and loved being the staff. It’s my happy place 😁
