My first visit to this location :) I loved the hot yoga.class and the teacher I’ll definitely make this my preferred location

The best teachers!!! Lindy, Jill, Wendy, Nikki, and Bridget make every session worth coming to. I leave happier, healthier, and more grounded after every one of their classes. I just wish the studio would get cosmetic upgrades after all these years; the lobby and locker rooms undermine the value the staff is providing.

I love the atmosphere, the class structure the workout, the teacher. Just an all around great workout. My only gripes are I wish we didn’t have to be right on top of each other for a little less sweat from others in our space. I would have a membership but it doesn’t work with having a baby at home when my husband travels often for work so no childcare!

Trainees are serious about teaching..

I’ve been going to Corepower for over a decade and love so much about it, but do wish we would bring back the rule of no cell phones in the studio rooms along with respecting cool down and savasana versus so many people leaving early lately. It is such a bummer when people are cleaning up around you during that time of class.

I absolutely love Lindy's sculpt class. She keeps us moving and provides a changing yet doable class format.

Morgan is a extremely good sculpt teacher. I would refer anyone to her class, and I have taken many different classes over the years. She is as good as they come .

The teachers are well trained and provide a nice variety of classes. The only "complaint" I have is that I planned my schedule around the new 8:00am 45 minutes classes and was enjoying them so much. They were offered 4 times a week, then went down to 3 times a week, and now are down to 2 times a week. I understand that every place seems to be understaffed these days. Otherwise, everyone is so encouraging and kind there and I really enjoy my time there.

It's a fun, engaging activity that sets the rest of my day well.

I love my Saturday mornings at Core Power! Grateful for Wendy, our fantastic instructor & all the other yogis that bring such a special energy to this class.
