Fuller and Wendy are the best!!
I LOVE Core Power Minnetonka! The teachers and variety of classes always have a class option and time I can utilize based on my schedule that week. When I travel I try other Corepower locations and I always come home thankful for the talented teachers and plethora of classes in Minnetonka :)
Great teacher, easy flow, nice studio
Code Power has Benn life changing.
Blakes Hot Yoga is great! SUPER HOT!

I like the approach the yoga instructors take. Very genuine and friendly with solid instruction.
Jason was amazing! Such a great workout and fun class!
Friendly, efficient, relaxing, welcoming
Variation of class offerings, as to varying degrees I take C2, Sculpt, HPF and Yin. While all of the instructors are very well qualified, there are a few in my view who really stand out, Amber L, Morgan RI and Jill W for Sculpt, Betsy Jo, Haley B and Renee La for C2, Gina L for HPF and Haley for Yin.
First name removed is the best!!
Everything! Instructor, it started and ended on time, I showered and got ready there. Absolutely met my expectations!
Wendy is the best! For me, It’s all about having a connection with the instructor.
staff are always friendly and welcoming, classes are varied and availability is a big factor in my huge recommendation to join corepower. Just brought a friend yesterday and hopefully they will find it as enjoyable as I do.
A few key classes and instructor’s
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I used to do yoga but it’s been a long time I’ve had a lot of injuries and am very out of shape so told them I was embarrassed but they were so encouraging- I can’t wait to go back!
I loved the class, music, and overall environment. A great first experience!
The cleanliness of the showers could be improved but great classes!
Love the instructor. One of the best I’ve ever had! Thanks Morgan.
I just moved to Minnesota arriving on Monday and have already taken three classes at the Minnetonka studio. Three different instructors provided fantastic instruction, cueing, encouragement and alternative poses.
i love that everyone there is there for a workout/ their own yoga practice. the teachers are nice and good and kick my butt so far! what i especially like is that all body sizes are there, and men too who aren't shy to practice yoga. i am overweight and out of shape and going there, i don't feel judged or looked at. it's not about the latest fashion show either nor is it clicky.
i have been to cp twice in the past at 2 different locations a very long time ago. i didn't join because i was a member of lifetime and loved going there. i went to the st. paul locay and they had hot yoga- bikram style and it was great. the slp location i felt out of place, judged, and the yogis and instructor were clicky. this location feels like home to me. i have not felt this way about a studio in years.
most recently, i was working out at a great boutique studio here in slp that i loved and unfortunately they went out of business before the pandemic. I had tried going back to lifetime (twice), but it is not the same class style as it used to be. the instructors actually used to teach you and go around and help you if you were doing an exercise incorrectly. they were full of energy, worked out with you so you could follow along, and started class on time, but also stated what to expect in class and they would demonstrate moves. when i went back the second time, it was like a nightclub in class. i didn't know up from down, left to right. the instructor was doing her own thing and the class never actually "began." it was like i walked into the middle of an unknown class already in session, so weird and awkward. no teaching just talking. she was working out but didn't once walk around to check on peeps or even look at the class. i didn't know what was going on and couldn't follow anybody else since they were all doing different moves.
i need guidance and to follow along with the class. i understand of course that if we're doing tricep kicks someone else may decide they wanted to do biceps instead or something. i get it because i am the same way and it doesn't throw me or the whole class of. since i live so close to lifetime and have been a member off and on for close to 20 years, i was extremely disappointed. plus, they have a joiners fee and you have to talk to a sales rep, blah blah.
this cp location where i'm working out at has meant so much to my self worth and self confidence because i know i'm on the path to my healthy lifestyle again. it is also helping me with my depression because i'm feeling good about myself, even though i just joined less than a week ago and have gone 3 times.
please don't change- just add in adjustments and maybe more teaching like walking around the room checking on peeps, and reminding the class to hold their cores in throughout and keep shoulders down, etc. it would be nice to know if i'm doing an exercise incorrectly and to be told/ helped out to adjust. other than that this place is perfect!
thank you, cp!
