I Love Corepower, and I love practicing at Ballston and Clarendon.
The overall cleanliness of the studio was a plus, the showers and locker room were clean with working showers. The instructor had a great class, great flow within the movements and good use of combination movements to maximize the workout. I would say out of the other Yoga Sculpt classes I had taken, this was one of the more challenging ones I had taken recently.

The teachers are great at this location, I take Bushra's sculpt class and she is a great teacher. The location is also clean and in a great location.

I recently attended a class. It was my very first yoga class. It was intense but the instructor was so kind. She made me feel welcome and I didn’t feel pushed to do anything I was not comfortable with, but she did encourage me to do a variation of it and by the end of the class I was little by little trying more and more. Every part of my body was worked.

Instructors are amazing, studios are always clean and there are class times all dry and night
Instructors are great. One issue is getting charged if get off waitlist (particularly for Saturday AM classes). It’s annoying enough that all the Saturday AM classes are routinely full by mid-week, but then to have to set an alarm on Sat AM at 7 to see if you’re in off the waitlist is less than ideal.

It's really the best workout! I enjoy going to the classes - I always feel it's a perfect combination of strength and cardio, of course, but what really helps is the yoga built in throughout. That ensures that I never leave feeling tight!

Jon D was a really great teacher. I loved his words of encouragement, calming energy, sequences, and how he moved around the room cautious of others personal space. I would say he was one of the best teachers I have had at CP
