Pilates Staff at North Fitzroy are very good.
I really enjoy the targeted and varied Pilates sessions that I do weekly. Jasmine, my regular Pilates Instructor, is very knowledgeable and highly skilled at adjusting the exercises to challenge me. My program is well thought out and Jasmine is also very flexible with substitution exercises if needed. I'm pleased with my progress towards my goals too.
Love the small group sized class - it allows for focused attention on each client. The physios are excellent at adapting the Pilates classes so each person can get the most out of their class.
