The Pilates Instructors are experienced and highly skilled. The sessions are tailored to my needs. Jasmine, in particular, is excellent. I'm enjoying the sessions, as well as being challenged.
I like the professionaliam of the staff and their in-depth knowledge about pilates and the human body. Everyone I have met has been really good to work with.

My physio Alexandra is great. I've reorganised my schedule and followed her from St George's road........... only to find she is to cover Thornbury for ? Long?. In the past using another person working from notes for a person they are unfamiliar with in a class with others is not nearly as productive.. disappointing
