Small group sessions and individual attention
The class I took was amazing but the classes are so expensive that the number of friends I can recommend it to is limited based on affordability. The classes, teachers and facility was fantastic though!
Wonderful atmosphere, very warm and inviting.
I love the variety of classes and the focus on body movement and proper form, rather than speed and forming bad habits. The instructors are wonderful to work with. I've recommended Coreworks to quite a few friends
My one area of improvement is: timing of exercises. I've noticed that a few instructors will have us do more reps (or hold a position longer) on the first side, and then when we switch, we're given almost HALF as much time to complete the same exercise. I know it's not intentional, but I wanted to let you know
I believe that the cancelation policy is too strict.

Using an Amazon Local advertisement for Kettlebell classes. Used so far for introduction class Liked the small class size, (only me and one other woman), so personal attention was available. The instructor, Kristin, was knowledgeable, pleasant and interested in student achievement in proper Kettlebell maneuvering. The facility had many rooms with specialized equipment for other training programs. Kristin invited me to observe the class following my introduction class. Was pleased to see that class size was not reasonable, Not over crowdeded. Space was amble and comfortably accommodated a larger group, without fear of getting in someone else's space. Facilty was clean. Professional from person answering the phone to the instructor's that seemed to really care about the client.

Stop the late cancellation fee. In particular, don't charge the fee when the class isn't full.
