I started working out at Coreworks Pilates after I retired from work and am so glad I did. I attend 4 to 5 classes a week and my strength and flexibility have steadily improved. It really fits the bill for me! The instructor lead classes ( workouts) are available every day of the week, and at a reasonable cost. I think that Coreworks is the only fitness outfit that does this. Instructors are excellent and lead each course from start to finish for 50 - 55 minutes. I really like that each class is different and challenging at multiple levels. The instructors pay attention to each individual and help you get the positions and movements correct.

I have been an extremely satisfied client for a few years. Coreworks provides an inviting, intimate, full-body workout experience. I would encourage anyone looking for a workout where you can see and feel results in a short period of time, to give Coreworks a try.

Each class is different and challenges you to do your level best and has modifications. The studio is clean and comfortable. For early morning classes it’s great to grab a cup of coffee or tea on your way out!

Coreworks has been my “second home” for the past six months. I enjoy the variety of classes that are offered and every instructor adds something unique to each class that makes it fun and their own. It’s also nice to be known by name insteasd of being just another face in class.
