Professionalism, plenty of space at Glenelg, flexibility of class times
It was friendly environment with a professional instructor (Bridget). The workouts were completely different to what i have experienced at other fitness clubs (ie kick-boxing classes), and I felt the 'burn' in my legs and glutes, which is exactly what I wanted. It was a full body-work out, which was fantastic.
Bridget was a great instructor, where she warmly welcomed new students, like myself, and guided us on the Barre movements and corrected our posture during the workout.
The one-on-one assessment that I had with Rachel was excellent. I felt very comfortable with her and she explained the movements to me in a way that I was able to understand and follow. I am looking forward to continuing classes.
Rachell is amazing. We brought our 10 year old daughter to this studio to achieve core strength to assist with competitive dance. Rachell has quickly diagnosed the areas that require attention and worked with care and compassion to assist. Her teachers were unaware that we had taken First name removed to Pilates and were able to see the difference within weeks. Having had the opportunity to have Rachell take our daughter, I'm not sure that we could not trust anyone else. A huge thanks.

In the one hour class I work so many different muscle groups and feel graceful (even tho I don't often look it!).
Reduce the 24 hour cancellation time to a shorter period, it's an unreasonable period when you wake up feeling unwell on the morning of a pre-booked class unwell. You get no real benefit from attending the class under these circumstances as happened to me recently.
