The teacher are well trained and are very welcoming and friendly as is the staff. The facility is always clean and classes always start on time and end pretty much on time. I used to run 6 miles a day and I thought I was in great shape. The DM work out has me leaner and longer than I have ever been.

Great variety of classes and times! Awesome instructors...Fiona's classes are invigorating and challenging! Kay blends DM and yoga...a great combo! Maybe consider adding Yoga classes to DM Roseville!
