I like the fact that there is correction and feedback provided by the instructors during class. The non-competitive environment allows everyone to focus on themselves and not worry about anything else. Front desk gals are always welcoming and engaging.
This is a total body workout. I'm strong from head to toe. The teachers have all stepped up there classes!!! They really are the best!!! But we would really love a 7am class Monday-Friday.

all aspects. Your Groupon introductory pricing, the ease of scheduling a class, the Folsom location was clean, efficient use of all space (had a shower!!) and my instructor was great. She was very energetic and for a me as a newbie stated the instructors for each move clearly and still had time to walk around and give everyone personal attention in a full class. She even remember my name and called me by name!! I am crazy sore today but a happy sore!
All the teachers are great, and you get a consistent quality of workout regardless of whose class you take. I also like the facilities and the provided lockers/ showers!
It was definitely challenging, though to an extent, only as challenging as you want it to be which allows the student to put in as much effort as they are able to without always going overboard.
The equipments used for class is all at the facility. I only have to bring myself.
