I purchased tickets on the app for january 29 but the app crashed so when i opened it up again the transaction still went through and the tickets said it was purchased for january 28th. Could i get my tickets exchanged for the 29th?

Had a great time at the movies. I ordered food and they were able to grill the chicken. Great staff.

The chairs were comfortable, the staff was nice and live the choices of food. This was my first time back into a theater since 2020. I will go back again.

Great sound quality, waiter/waitresses not walking around with lights on or walking around the whole movie distracting moviegoers. Cleaner, cooler, and more comfortable than most theaters.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Customer service, customer service, customer service...I stopped at the bar for a drink before my movie, the bar servers were friendly and extremely helpful, especially Jose. I was able to order my popcorn and snacks at the bar and they brought it to me while I waited for my movie to start!!! Way to do customer service!! I have not had this happen at any other Santikos, this will definitely be my go-to theater from now on!

I love the seating the best and definitely appreciate the military discounts. My daughter and I have movie nights in Thursday at keat once to twice a month. And we love going to your theater.

Going to the Mayan to see Redeeming Love on Jan 29th--the experience is always a good one the staff is always courteous--but they should be bathrooms in rhe front also

I usually purchase my tickets online, but we decided at the last minute to go to the movies and we purchasing tickets inside and it was easy and the counter rep was very friendly. Overall great experience.
