The location of the Palladium is very convenient. The theatres are always clean. The service is great, and the staff is very cordial, especially the person (in the wheelchair) that looks at our tickets and checks our purses. We thoroughly enjoy going to this location.
Actually, I was responding to email promotion for FREE summer movies. I am 68 years old so I have a limited budget and grand kids. This gives us a chance to go to the movies more often...BUT. I wanted to thank you for this opportunity. :When I was growing up our small town always had a free kid's matinee on Saturdays. Usually an old or horror movie, but we didn't care because we got to go. This was a highlight for us and also a threat not to go if we misbehaved or didn't do what we were supposed to.
Of course, different world then as we went without our parents and everyone was well behaved or asked to leave. Snacks were limited and discounted so we could afford something. My 25 cents would buy me a popcorn, soda and a small candy--the world has definitely changed.
Thanks again and letting an old lady reminisce.

We love the service we get at Santikos. However our last visit was uncomfortable. It became hot in the theater as the movie went on. We always bring blankets since we know to expect the theater room was going to be chilly this time we were just waiting for the movie to end so we could leave. The theater was not full so we were surprised to find it becoming hot. We didn't let anyone know in house because honestly I don't know what the employees could do about it but it really spoiled our experience. We took our son because we were celebrating his Kinder celebration.
The theater was clean. Staff at concession stands were very quick to tell me how many rewards I had and what I could get free with my purchase.
I enjoy the staff that many dates me when I come into the movie theater as far as buying snacks individuals who are directing me to the theaters. It's always clein just a good experience

We Love Santikos!! My chair was broken so that was the only sad part 🥲. But always a great experience regardless
Restrooms were clean and the kids (staff) were so courteous! I walk with a cane, and one young man carried my drink and popcorn for me.

Nice theater and seating was great and larger than average screen only downside was the stale popcorn and the fact it was basically cold crumbs not big pieces of hot fresh popped corn
