I like this location, mostly because it's new and convenient. I'm a frequent patron of quite a bit of your locations. I am concerned about your overall upkeep of your other locations that are not new like the palladium and silverado 16. I'm aware silverado is under some renovation finally, but still concerned you wait so long to make upgrades and keep up with basic maintenance.

The audio mixing for the movie Into the Spiderverse was of really poor quality. I could barely understand what some of the characters were saying and it would sometimes sound muffled and it would take me out of the experience. I was surprised since I was on the AVX theater and stuff like this doesn’t happen regularly.
My experience was amazing at this site. The manager Adam corrected some issues we had with some other customers and made our experience much better. We come here all the time and we are very happy with the service. My family was with us he did excellent job in recovery. Thank you very much for making the experience much better for me and my family.
Always a nice experience
I love the recling seats. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a very clean place. I love the membership points that you get by buying at the concessions that i can use later. Plus the free popcorn i just earned.
We attended a free screening of Flamin' Hot. The movie was inspirational and moving. The staff was excellent as they let people into the screening and food lines were short.

Attended the Embassy last night and they had a power outage in the area. Unfortunately, the power didn't come back on - so we had to leave our auditorium and start the very organized process of getting refunds. The whole Embassy team did an outstanding job keeping customers calm and providing them the necessary information and giving out rainchecks. Great job Embassy team - sorry you had to deal with the Karen's in the crowd and the Boomers who wanted to blame the Embassy team for the power outage and not giving refunds on food and beverage as they ate and drank about everything they purchased. Keep up the great work!
