Overall they are fine. I just wish their online process was a little more clear regarding using gift cards and or credit vouchers. I also had an issue where accidentally I got billed for tickets already paid for and versus getting a refund if that amount I was given voucher cards rain checks. Long story short I should have pressed the refund because it was not informed that these rain checks have sooo many stipulations like cannot use for opening week and the big one Disney movies which is main reason we go for our young children
Hi I was wondering if y’all are ever going to do a season pass for santikos. I love coming to embassy in particular but a season pass would be even better. I am considering not coming here anymore since Alamo drafthouse is offering a $20 season pass a month for unlimited movies.

I LOVE Santikos. We always have a good time and the food is great too.
My only complaint, I think the seats need to be looked at more regularly. Some of the backs have broken down so that when you sit in it, you're almost laying down. :(

It's always a pleasure here. Only thing is the changing of the $5 wings and pizza we went every Tuesday for movie and dinner can't anymore. This was good for people on a budget who like to enjoy a night out that can't regularly

it’s a big theater
Casablanca theater is very welcoming and comfortable.
It just easy to do what you need to do. Of using the app for a movie. It can’t get any simpler. At the theater itself there is plenty of help at the concessions. Bathrooms are clean. Seats are comfortable. Plenty of trash bins. If I could make one suggestion. On Military Mondays, one can’t purchase a ticket through the app. One has to go to the theater itself. Yes I understand why because people will be dishonest. If there was some way to maybe work around this. Maybe by providing proof somehow at a theater. This way going forward the availability to buy on line would be more convenient. Something to consider and or ponder. Thanks
It was a typical great Santikos experience. We generally only go to Santikos theaters, and this was our first at the Embassy.
Hannah was great. She was prompt and honest and reconciled my issue.
