The worker was very fast and business-like.

The tech was extremely friendly. However, the equipment was not working properly and the corners were not cleaned and the machine was almost useless. The only clean tiles were the ones that were covered with rugs and were not that bad. I am on a fixed income so this expenditure was budgeted for and I can’t get on the floor anymore. I did however, clean one strip to see if I could get the grout clean by hand and it worked. The machine also kicked up muck on the walls and baseboards. I took some pictures of the corners. Apparently, the rubber should glide over the tile but the strip on the bottom was gone and the kid could barely push and pull it over the floor. Now I am out my money and still have grout dirt. I thought that was the whole point of a professional machine. The tech did offer to leave me the sealant if I wanted to get the grout clean first. Figure that one out. That’s what I hired the company to do. I declined the offer. Also, I had to get towels to soak up all the standing puddles of water in the kitchen and bathrooms. Big puddles. Again, the employee was nice but I didn’t pay for nice. It is what it is. So, no. I will not recommend your company. Word of mouth is important in this industry. I did not expect it to give me new tile but I did expect the grout to be clean.

Instead of the carpet drying in 4-5 hours it was 12-18 hours

Ian was our technician. He acted very professionally as he cleaned our carpets and explained a few things about the cleaning process and our carpets. I will be Calling zerorez and Ian again!

I love that 'there is no chemical residue left behind', but a visual situational awareness should also be employed. The carpet that wasn't really dirty looks great. However, the bottom few stair treads that receive the most wear probably should have been gone over more than once so that they were the same shade as the rest of the carpet. That also goes for 2 of the area rugs that I had cleaned. Once over was totally insufficient. I have decided to just discard both of them because they are not 'clean' by any means. Very disappointing. Maybe I was just expecting too much.

No offense to Zack, but I asked for Ian only. Yes, I could have rescheduled when I was told just 30 mins. before my appt. that he could not make it. We had many issues a year ago and that's why I asked for Ian. He went above and beyond to correct our situation.
