Format coaches
I like the fact that I don't have to plan anything - I show up and the coach tells me what to do
I love that every workout is centered around heart health. Members can monitor their heart rates all the way through the workout. Coaches keep you going with their encouragement during workouts. They have usually done the workout and know which blocks are really challenging and which ones are are designed to allow you to pull-back a bit on, to help you recover from the tough ones.
I also love that I don't have to figure out my workout and keep logs of what I did during my last workout and what I'm going to do in my next workout. Just do what the coaches tell you to do and do it as best you can, and you will see results. One hour and you're done!
After being a member for a while you become a part of the studio family that will be a positive influence and will push you to be a better you. And then you get to do the same for someone else.
I love the variety of each class, and the encouragement we get from the coaches. The camaraderie of surviving the class together keeps me motivated, even when I don't know anyone in the class.
Coaches Kellie and Abbi are great and coach Joseph too. Taylor is super friendly and welcoming. Workouts are hard but they have enough variation to keep it motivating.

My favorite thing about OTF is probably the variation from day to day and from coach to coach. The stats that are provided real-time help so much in managing my heart rate and my level of effort. So I guess, all in all, it’s never boring and ALWAYS challenging.
Every workout is different. It’s always an intense workout that I couldn’t get on my own at a regular gym.
