The encouragement and help from the coaches, the quality of the equipment, and the variations of workouts - my body rarely gets used to the workouts.
The coaches do a great job motivating the group and ensure everyone has a great workout. I was never a workout class person.........but after 12 months with the SW FW OT team, I'm glad I joined!
The lights, the music and action! I love that I dont have to come up with the workouts on my own everyday as well as the intensity i get from the workouts that i would never do on my own. I am very competitive so check I the monitor on how others are doing in calorie burn and splat points and try to either beat or come close to the same as others.
I never know what to expect with each workout! The workouts challenge me to push myself and give my personal best. Many of the coaches motivate me to strive for more during my workouts. It’s never boring!! It’s an awesome workout every time (even when I’m not feeling my best)!
I like working out at Otf because of the goals and challenges it provides for the class and individuals that want it and how it make you accountable for your efforts by acknowledging my efforts and work too!!
Variety. UPBEAT AND KIND STAFF. Fast pace and I adore just having to listen to what y’all tell me to do. I like knowing when I’m pushing myself due to heart rate monitor and also knowing when I need to back off. I have been with y’all for almost two years and injury free! That matters! I live an active lifestyle and my health is important to me. Orangetheory pushes me but doesn’t break me. Thank you!
I enjoy the workouts because it is something I would not do on my own at another gym. OTF challenges me to beat who I was the previous day and to become a healthier person. All the workouts have some kind of modification so if I feel like it is too challenging, there is an alternative available versus saying "Oh, well I have to sit this one out."
I especially enjoy how friendly and welcoming the studio is! It made a huge impact on me once I started showing up regularly and the coaches now know my name and I get to say hi to the members who show up at the sametime as I do.
I love this workout style! Each class is different and I know that I will get a total body workout. All the coaches are great and help you stay focused so you don't have to think about it too hard. You can enjoy your cardio workout and have accountability. I would recommend it to anyone that wants these factors in a workout regimen. I attend two classes a week and feel that it is a great supplement to my gym routine.
I like how I don’t have to think about or worry about what exercises I’ll be doing. The plan is already laid out for me and ready to go. I love Stephanie Sanders’ energy so early in the morning!! She makes the 5am sessions so much more fun, energetic and makes the class go by fast! The one thing I would change is the availability of weights at each station. For example, sometimes I’m at station 2 and it’ll have all the weights I need to complete my workout right away. But then I’ll be at station 5, per se, and I don’t have the weights I need. The weights vary my station.
The coaches are awesome!!
The work out is always challenging, and changes every day.
The constant motivation and how the coaches and system hold me accountable! It’s only an hour out of my day and it’s the best!
