Love having coaches motivate me every day. I know I wouldn’t work as hard if I didn’t have their support!

I love having a goal to reach at the end of each workout and how the workout is built to have that goal achieved. With my busy life, I love the efficiency of 60 minutes knowing I worked much harder compared to being by myself in the gym for 60 minutes.
Every workout different from the last. All workouts are cardio and strength.
I do not like that you can not book your classes in advance until your next month has been charged. For example, my payment is charged on the 4th so for the month of June I miss signing up for the first week of classes. Also when you use the paper instructions on the treadmills I and several others in the class are at the age we need readers, and well I don't wear those to work out, so I have no idea what is on that piece of paper. It's very frustrating.

Challenging and makes me do workouts that I would not do otherwise.
Workouts are very effective for me for the following reasons:
*I enjoy the mix of participants in MPOT workouts. There is always a great mix of young and older class members, so it is possible to find a comfort zone when working out. As a 50+ class member, that matters to me.
*No judging, just encouragement. Coaches are focused on proper form for maximum benefit, they look for safety and necessary modifications to keep class members safe, and they constantly encourage the class as a whole or individually by name to make sure we are pushing ourselves and not going through the motions.
*I see results. I am able to end longer runs and races far more effectively than I could before coming to MPOT, and the change in my torso is discernable. I haven't "lost" a great deal of weight, but my torso has gained muscle and lost fat as a result of these workouts. Exactly what I wanted.

The workout was fast pace and fun. I love the organization of it all. It was great to have a trainer guiding and motivating you the entire workout. The music and environment was energizing.

Love OTF but hat the apps. They work great and then don’t work at all. I have not been snake to book a class for 2 weeks. I get an error message!
Courteous and enthusiastic staff, instructors are super-motivating and explain the class well, workouts are high intensity and give you a great burn.

I like the constant change and ability to go at your own pace/level but still achieve so much. It’s been great for me so far and in just 3 classes I feel like I have more endurance which is huge for me!
It's always a total body workout and the staff is energetic and supportive.

All of it! Stevens music is the best! Jada is just a rockstar love her uplifting personality! Jada has some great throw back jams too! They are both really attentive to their clients and really make the work out fun! You guys are lucky to have them as coaches!
