Controlling your own pace and effort. If you want it to be an easy workout, you can make it an easy one. If you want to put in maximum effort, you can.
Equipment is great. Never used a treadmill before, or a rower, but they seem like top notch pieces of equipment.
Body weight exercises in the weight station are cool too, I enjoy those.

The workout was challenging, fun and everyone there was so nice! I like that there’s accountability and the entire time you can see your stats to see where you’re at. It’s very fast paced so there’s no time to be bored, you are constantly moving!

I like not having to think. It is the one time of day that I can successfully turn off my brain, and just do what the coach says to do. And I get in a great workout!
