The coaches are great motivators, they are very knowledgeable and they help to push you to work harder. They are a good resource to help to do activities safely. The workouts are different every time and it is nice to look at the screen and know how hard you are working and how many calories you are burning.

This is the best work out I have ever done! And the coaches and front desk staff are really friendly and helpful. My results are amazing!
That they are 2g! Now that I’ve been coming to OT for 8 months, it does take a lot more work to get to the orange zone. With 2g, i feel like i have more time to go as hard as i can on the treads. I also love Shani — she is equally supportive of all people on the class, not just the ones who attend regularly or are in the best shape. She makes everyone feel welcome.
Cardio
Focuses on pushing everyone at their own level, variable based on individual needs and current fitness. Trackable, allowing me to make sure i'm pushing myself each workout. Results come in many ways: watching your speeds increase in order to reach higher zones, lost weight, getting further down the rep counts, etc. Also love that each workout is very different, so I don't get stuck in a rut.
