It’s the variety and the consistency in the workouts that I like. After more than 18 months, I’ve never encountered a repeat workout. Even with all that variety, the workouts never get easier, which means the body continually has to adapt. The staff instructors are also quite good. They never seem to have an off day or just “mail one in”. It’s a great program overall and really works well for my lifestyle.
I like that on the floor portion of the session the instructors tell us what amount of weights we should be using. For instance-"ladies for this exercise you should be using 12-15 pounds".
I also like the treadmill portion of each session.

I travel quite a bit and have visited studios in Virginia, Tennessee, Texas and Florida. Every studio I have been to has had high energy, enthusiastic coaches. I love being able to visit different studios knowing I’m going to get the best 1 hour workout. Every day the workouts are different and that makes it so much more fun!

I will never be able to get this type of workout at a regular gym. My trainer supported me and was very helpful during my first workout.
