Hello! I love that its intense, fun, always changing and doable. I am actually motivated, have a lot of energy and the schedules are flexible. I would be happy if there wasn't a waiting list but it is what it is. As a mom with a toddler and a baby, a full time Job and a lot of responsibilities I have to say that I am super happy I joined. It allows me to try to achieve my fitness goals that I have a hard time reaching because I'm always tired and busy. But my energy level has increased immensely by coming here. The staff is really pleasant too.

This is the best OTF in the country because of the size it’s not cramped like the others across the country. It has small sweat towels that it offers its members which most clubs don’t.
The air-conditioning is a great, most clubs are not air-conditioned like this one so after five minutes you’re sweating horribly.
The instructors are some of the best in the country. The front desk staff is so helpful and never seem bothered or have attitude like in some clubs?
Lakewood is the Nirvana of OTF, if only all the other clubs could be this good .

Orangetheory Allen has been great! I like the challenge in raising my heart rate to 84 and above...gotta earn more splats! each workout is a challenge to earn more and burn more! Im still trying to burn more then 800 calories. I will hit that goal. then burn 900 calories. i will hit that! then burn 1000 calories per workout. all the coach's have there cool styles and push's that make every workout challenging and fun! its awesome to see young and old at orangetheory improving mind,body & spirit.

Coach Chuck was in charge, clear and motivational delivery of WOD. Also, he understood music is an important part of the workout and had the volume appropriate to inspire while also being able to here instructions as applicable.
The variety and not having to think about what to do. Most trainers are very positive and motivating and willing to help.

I like how it is different everyday. There is a good amount of running which I appreciate. Also, the instructors are amazing. The only issue I tell people about is sometimes it can get a little crowded but other that that I love it. I actually just upgraded my membership to unlimited.
