I really enjoy going to strength class. This way I am truly understanding what each exercise does to help improve your body. Plus if I am unsure of an exercise the coach that day is there to help you better because of the smaller class size.
I like the workout because it’s different each day….while we may repeat a run or lift it’s usually about 2 weeks between a repeat for the most part.
What makes the workout a little better in Allen has to be the coach’s as we have been able to get to know them they have become more familiar with each member and what they can expect from the individual working out allowing a personalized approach to the workout. While I have attended other classes at other studios I have only witnessed the coach at one location really engaging and encourage the members as they were working out..it makes a difference when you can keep a consistent coaching team together and allow them to build that relationship that translates into a positive workout experience for each member.
Balanced program (weights, cardio), predesigned workout for people like me that do not know how to create a workout plan, good music, fun environment.
Never the same - never bored- feels like a great workout that is worth the time
I really like that you can customize or adjust each part of the workout to best suit your needs.
Great coaches!
I love the variety, that every workout is different. I've also enjoyed the new strength classes. OTF has some wonderful accountability measures built into the program: monitoring our own efforts through heart rate visibility, showing up to class so we are accountable to ourselves and to the community of members. I also think Dana, in particular, fosters such a warm and welcoming culture, where even those of us who struggle with fitness can be celebrated.

Variety and challenging with supportive, helpful coaches.
It's so easy to adjust the workout to fit where I am. Not just from an overall fitness perspective, but even if I'm just having a kinda off day. Makes it much easier to show up as often as I'd like and not miss a day.

The coaches (especially Shane, but all are great) and staff are fantastic, and I really enjoy the variety of workouts throughout the week and month.

Coach Carrie was amazing!! Wonderful visit to Preston Hollow! Studio was clean and front desk staff was attentive and helpful. Can't wait to go back to visit again!
The variability and the fact that it is a balance between body weights and weight training, different type of workouts on the tread and rowing machine as well. I see a lot of circuit training since beginning of the year which allows us to push on our own and is a great addition.
