What I like about the OTF workout is that it is challenging (especially the treadmill portion).

I like how the trainers are there to cos h you but allow you to go at your own pace and encourage you.
I love that it was just weights but focused on full body.

I love how upbeat the instructors are! I have taken Ally, Olivia, Kendall & Danny so far and I seriously look forward to all of their classes. I love the heart rate monitor & how all of the data goes to my app after I take the class- it keeps me wanting to come back for more so I can improve! From the moment I walked in for the first time, I have felt so welcomed. I wish I would’ve joined Orange Theory sooner!

motivating, like a private instructor but with a team
I've been doing OT for over a year, I'm 65 years old and have never any injuries arising from my OT workouts. When I've attended workout in classes at other gyms in the past, I've always suffered injuries. I'm very glad that's not been the case with OT. The workouts and coaches are great. Attending 2-3 workouts per week has been perfect for me to stay in shape.
The way it is changed up in short intervals. It makes it less overwhelming and doable. The leaders are amazing and encouraging and keep you going! Everyone there is also super friendly and sweet!
