Walking into the front door there is always someone who makes you feel special and welcome. The coaches are amazing!! Very knowledgeable and able to make any workout great!!
I like all the instructors, and the workouts fit in my schedule well.
It's not so much the workout but the coaches. I love the location because the coaches are sedulously motivating you and pushing you to go past your limits instead of just going through the planned workout. It is easy to get unmotivated when all the coach does is say do this and next do that. I live in an area where I'm smack in the middle of 3 different locations and have been to them all. However, the coaches at the University location are different. They get in there with you and push you to strive for more. Overall, it is the coaches that made me choose University as my home location.

It's quick, efficient, and challenging. I also like how the foundation is the same but the workout changes on a daily basis.

Makes for a very motivational environment
I really like the variety and a new challenge each time I come in. I like being able to see my HR and other stats and know exactly where my body is.. it very engaging and motivating.
The energy, motivational coaches, and different types of workouts. I get burned out having to think of new workout plans when I go to the gym so this is perfect for me. The energy keeps me going. I also love that no matter what stage of life you are at there is some for you at OTF. The coaches help you reach your potential and also care about your form to help prevent injury.
I like the variety every day. I also like being able to see how hard I’m working so I can with push harder or back off depending on my color zone.

The coaches. The HITT concept. The ability to track body performance while training.
The culture in my Orange Theory at Slaughter Lane in Austin is really excellent. The staff are terrific at OTF. The variations in workout type that become part of ones routine.
The workouts are great! However, the coaches can add or take away from the workouts. I LOVE Coach D and Becky!!!
I love that each class is different. Love the coaches and really enjoy building relationships with other class members. The classes really push me to be my best and better my fitness level. It is a great experience. A choice I made for myself and I have no regrets. I would recommend OTF to anyone.
Coaches and staff are truly concerned about each member’s health and fitness. The workout routines are always challenging and balanced. Love love weights and floor exercise, I can feel and see the results of my body transformation 💪🏽
The instructors! They keep me motivated, they're so helpful and I love being around them.
I will do almost anything to avoid late cancelling! That gets me in the door; the rest takes care of itself.
I can show up and not think. The trainers enthusiastically tell me what to do, what comes next, and they cheer me on! It's like a very productive brain break!
