Loved how much variety there was
So far I like the program and the coaches . The music and variation between the 3 areas makes time fly.

The workout provides plenty of cardio, strength, balance and flexibility training. It's the whole package. Do this 3 times a week and you don't need any other fitness regime. But it's the staff that makes the place great! They are helpful, supportive, welcoming and friendly. A delight to be around!

Becky and the other instructors make it fun, but also do just the right amount of instruction and form correction when needed. I’m also motivated by the electronic monitoring, and have made many friends in class!

ALL of the coaches are attentive in class, offering coaching on member’s technique to ensure everyone is safe in their efforts and maximizing their workouts to get the best results.
The frontdesk staff are always friendly and seemingly remember all of the member’s names.

Loved my first class at Orange Theory! Know I understand the obsession-- results seem to be almost immediate and I love the friendly competition that happens in class. Signed up immediately and have been loving it ever since!

I love the variability of the classes! It's great being able to come to once class and get my weight training and cardio in. Loving the new Lift 45 classes! All of the OTF Dripping instructors are fantastic!

Am classes
motivational, good music, great workout
only piece of feedback is I've noticed lately some classes ending a little earlier than they used to (around the 50-51 min mark and then 9-10 min for cool down). Small piece of criticism is that if I'm paying for an hour class, I'd expect it to at least go to 55 min with the last 5 min for cool down. Still giving a 10, but something to consider on time management for the classes
