At OTF Lakeway, I love the music and the coaches. I usually go to Coach Taylor and Coach Jill's classes. Their time slots work the best for my schedule. Monday 9AM with Jill, upper body is one of my new core classes! Please OTF keep the upper body and tread 50 workouts.
Both Coach Jill and Coach Taylor are super conscientious about safety and form. They are clear with instruction and perfectly demonstrate exercises. They pay very close attention to every member during the workout. If I am doing an exercise incorrectly I can count on them to announce / remind on mic for everyone to benefit or come let me know, personally right away. Thank y'all! Safety to paramount!
Coach Taylor and Coach Jill have been putting in extra effort to select motivating upbeat playlists. You can count on Coach Taylor to specifically have her music choreographed to match the workout efforts.
Another thing that I have received motivation from is the front staff and community. Christina is such a gem. Her welcome is so infectious. Every time I come in and Christina is there I feel uplifted. Christina is so conscientious and focused on the detail of providing personal attention to every member. Thank you Christina!
Courtnee is Awesome. She works super hard during her front desk shifts! She knows how to rectify any issue a member may have and is super efficient. I alway see Courtnee paying careful attention to cleaning and servicing studio amenities while we are in class. When not working Courtnee is in class with us and is so fun and motivating.
Aurora's classes are awesome, though I have not been able to attend in awhile due to the early time slots. But I do get to see Aurora doing all the same things mentioned above as Courtnee. Thanks Aurora and Courtnee!
Check in was smooth and friendly plus Guin is a great coach. I felt motivated and energized. Studio was also clean and well-equipped.

I love that I don’t have to think about what exercises I am going to do, OrangeTheory has already planned it for me! I am definitely pushing myself with more challenging exercises than I would ever choose to do on my own. By the time I’m done, I really feel like I’ve accomplished something great. It’s truly the best feeling ever!
Coach Kaitlin at Dripping Springs is an amazing coach, she pushes you without you realising to reach your potential. Coach Kaitlin’s classes are always so popular and the group welcome new people into the gym. I am sure I will reach my goal with Kaitlin
Houston, Anthony, and Maddy are the best! They make working out fun. And they challenge you to push and do your best. This is the best workout experience I have ever had.
Staff & coaches are the best! They take the time to get to know their members, treat them like family and committed to their results.

I love the mix of cardio and strength in each workout as well as the constant motivation from the wonderful coaches.
First off, it is SUPER close to my house and that is soooo helpful! And I like that someone is guiding me through it all as I would NEVER exert myself without that. And I like the team aspect of it as well. And the coaches are GREAT! Love me some Orange Theory.

HIIT is efficient, the coaches are excellent and the facility is great.
However, 80% of fitness is related to nutrition , hydration. OTF SHOULD offer
guidance and instruction in this critical area . Currently, it does not.

I am one that hated to work out and run because I could not do it but with the coaches help and guidance I was able to approve within a yr and felt at my very best!
I went from running a mile at 14 min to 9:45 min.

I like the coach led classes! I come to Shelby’s classes! She is fabulous! She is kind and helps with proper technique! She has lots of energy and keeps us going! I like friendships made too and the music!!
